can you please share your knowledge and experience about L.RRC.SetupFail.Noreply failure issue.

RRC SSR in some cells is reducing and the only failure i could find is this,

i want to know which reason can make this failure, and how can troubleshoot it?

I might be due to less power used to transmit RRC Setup Complete (MSG4) from UE. During this time UE is under open loop power control

we are also dealing with this. we have many cells with rural >6km coverage and some of them >13km giving at some point lots of rrc noreply. im adjusting timer . have you adjusted RACH parameters to try to avoid this ?

the case is that sometimes your mobile is at a very difficult possition where it can send the RACH request channel but after nodeb answers it cannot answer. that´s a noReply failure.
theres a timer that we tested to improve, but the best scenario is that you cut coverage... to avoid this ghosts procedures...
sometimes it can also be a problem in UL . check RTWP , vswr problems and observe of course PRACH delay counters to get an idea of the coverage

i increased T300 timer but doesn't work, also i increased cell radius and make down tilt but still have this problem
which RACH parameters you suggest to change?
