to parse or decoding TESM .trp files

Hi All,

Is there any way to parse or decode the TEMS DT log .trp files, without TEMS itself , or any other post processing tool. also there is temspy lib , which needs dongel that's off course is out of discussion too.
I need this for an independent application to show the samples and events in specific geospatial tools ...Thank you
