Introduction and request for you experts (flexlm.jar)

Nice to meet you all, my name is Francesco and I'm a teacher in Highschool; I would like to get access to an old Cisco program for educational purposes.
The program runs on Windows Server 2003 and the executable is named "WCS-STANDARD-K9-7.0.220.0.exe" (Wireless Control System, for managing Wi-Fi networks comprising Access Points and WLCs, Wireless LAN Controllers).
Please, find the installer attached.
After installation in the program folders I can find a file named "flexlm.jar".
To use the software I need licenses.
Please find the "flexlm.jar" file.
On the web I've found a sample demo license file; I will attach it too.
Can you please help me?

you demo license use long SIGN - only patch or proxy dll possible for run you with this software... and fake license generator as well

try to search the deamon file named as 'cisco.exe' file for windows

I've just used Everything Search to look for "cisco.exe" and it doesn't exist in the whole machine.
I've run FLEXLMSEARCH tool and here's the output:
