I am Mitchel and I am from USA. I am new to this forum and excited to be a part of this community. I have a strong fascination with communication and technology and look forward to learning from and contributing to discussions here.

Might anybody at any point direct me on the most effective way to ask questions and ensure they are posted in the right section ?
