Hello, the radio and computer are connected. Is it using a data cable or software to use a computer's super terminal?

Use usual hyperterminal, which can send AT commands through serial connection

yes. you need to send the string "AT+CNUMF=0,ISSI", where ISSI is your new ISSI

I conducted a test using the radio of MTM800 and the programming cable of COM port, and there was no response to any input commands. Is there a problem with my connection method?

    It can be:
    1. wrong connection parameters (speed, parity etc, by default it is 9600 bps, 8N1)
    2. Wrong wiring, should be TX -> RX, RX -> TX. Just try to swap pairs
    3. Wrong PEI interface speed in codeplug
