GPB Cards getting Disabled automatically

Help Needed!

GPB cards getting Disabled automatically.
This problem is occuring in all the RNC's Of the network.so this
is not a h/w problem.

Alarms: Plug in unit Generel Problem.

Pls Suggest what can be done .

I am also facing exactly the same problem.
Pls suggest something as it has become a big problem.
It is resulting in a lot of disruption in the network.
