about the HEDEx program, it does not need explanations... the name says it ALL (Huawei Electronic Documentation Explorer)....

you can download at support.huawei.com but an active account is needed in order to log-in and download. If you dont have an account, then you will have to wait for someone to upload libraries here. .hdx is the format of the file if im not mistaken.
