I think we will also need new, stricter rules here:
Let's be prohibited from here sharing anything on that FTP site, because it's forprofit and not free.
I have posted a lot of very rare software from my government job here.
It didn't take a few days, they were already there on that FTP-site for money.
Since then, I only share content in response to requests.

That site is the reason this hobby of amateur radio users using TETRA is just keeping its head above water. locking stuff behind a paywall is total BS. It serves nothing but to fragment the user base and who knows to where that money is going. Id much rather have a open community where people would share advice.software,etc for all.

Just my two cents I guess.
