    Default Load balancing in E*******

    Hello experts, has anyone been successful in moving LTE traffic off the F1 carrier (Band 13) and pushing up to AWS ( band 4) quicker? would appreciate any script you may have that would explain your thought process? i.e triggerin sooner on A4/A5 etc.
