    Default how to troubleshoot no data call in LTE

    Hello All,
    We have a scenerio as below wanted to know how to trouble shoot such scenerios from radio/packetcore

    1. Iphone handset is in No signal mode
    2. Handset is set to Auto for 2G , 3G and LTE
    3. When trying to make Outgoing call its happening through 3G
    4. When MT call is tested on this number getting Out of Coverage Announcement,
    5. When tried to make data call not able to do so.

    Any reccomendation wud be grt
