I have plan to activate EDGE for global Network (E1) can I trust below equations?

Number of Remain Time slot that can be used for EDGE: EDGE=31- ([(X-Y)/4] + Z)

Where

A = No. Of TRX

E = CONFACT Value

X= A*8

Y= No.Of.SDCCH + No.Of.BCCH + No.Of.NUMREQEGPRSBPC

Z= A/E Please correct if it's wrong. BR//E*******_RND

Why you are goring forward in this direction! Let's printout rxapp:moty=rxotg; for all TG you will get E1 time slot status and usage. Then per TG count number of unused time slots and distribute between cells !
