Should be some setting in Internet Explorer. Try with some other browser like Mozilla. Also do you use proxy? If so try with some free proxy site like http://www.hidemyass.com/

For google plugin run the .bat file. Definetly this should solve the problem.

still have a problem with it, i think as i OPTOPT offered it's better to check another browser like Mozilla, hope it solve the problem.
